“ REALLY good Sichuan food. I'm a huge fan of Sichuan food, and it's genuinely hard to find it when I'm craving it - this place is exactly what I wanted. The spice level is perfect (i.e., high, like I had in Chengdu, but without being cloying or offensive). Everything was perfectly cooked and hit the spot. The place isn't particularly fancy, but service is friendly and fast. Can't recommend it enough. ”
“ Hidden place by Earls Court Tube Station. Very nice staff working there and even better food. We had a chicken, a pork, a prawn (shrimp), fried rice, cucumber dish and soup and it was all amazing. Great place to visit for good food. ”
“ I had an incredible dinner here tonight! Food was fantastic as was the service. Thank you! If you haven't tried this lovely place do it!! ”
“ Generally okay. If you're in the area and in the mood for spicy food, this is a good shout. But I wouldn't travel more than 15 minutes to get here. ”

“ I look forward to going back to try more Ambiance: Very basic and lacking in any charm. Very much a low-end diner and take-out look. Service: Meh. Okay, but not exactly going out of their way to impress. Food: Excellent. I had the dumplings and they were delicious. The other items on the menu looked interesting and definitely more authentic than your usual Chinese fare (e.g. frogs legs and jellyfish). I did try some of my friend's home-made noodle dish and it too was tasty. Price: Well priced and even more so for their lunch deals. I'd make the effort to visit again. ”
“ It's always a good sign when a Chinese restaurant is full of Chinese people. This is a cosy, down-to-earth restaurant with a picture menu of classic Sichuan dishes. That means quite a high spice level, even if the dish isn't explicitly spicy: those with a one chilli symbol come with copious red and green chillies - "two chilli" dishes are for stalwarts only - and lovers of offal are very well catered for. I had a hot and sour soup to start - peppery as well as chilli-flavoured; and then 韭菜香干 - stir fried dry tofu with garlic chives, which came with the aforementioned chillies. This was interesting, as the tofu had a very firm meaty texture. My dining companion had minced pork dumplings in special sauce and beef strips with black pepper. All very good. More adventurous types could try Cloud ear fungus with coriander, dry-fried pig's intestines, fire-exploded kidney slices, fragrant and hot pig's trotters, or assorted meat in chilli oil (including ox tripe, pig's blood and intestines). Our neighbours had the latter and declared it delicious - it's only the Sichuan equivalent of black pudding, after all. Service was friendly and quick, and our meal, with three beers and 10% service added, was just over £50 for two. On our visit it was very busy indeed - they were turning people away every 15 minutes or so (on a Friday evening), so worth booking if you can. They do a very healthy trade in take-away, too. ”
“ Hotness is mild for standard Sichuan but taste deepness. I forgot taking photo of noodle with munched pork lastly ordered, that was really nice. I decided to be back again here, will order flog leg the other customers had. ”
“ I came across this restaurant near Earl's Court a weekday night around 10:30, and there were still a couple of tables of diners. The ambiance was cozy and the staff was courteous. I ordered Chongqing Little Noodle and it was very good. The price was mid-range in London. ”
“ This is the sister restaurant to Sichuan Folk off Brick Lane in East London. The decor is a bit stuffier than its other location with some pretty ugly pink table clothes donning each table. But the food is good and the service is very friendly and attentive. We started with the smashed cucumber (which could have been more smashed) and the cloud ear fungus. Both were fresh, simple and great palate cleansers. We enjoyed both immensely. For our mains, we got the classic boiled fish slices in chili oil and fragrant chicken pieces in chilli. The fish was perfectly cooked. I would have liked a bit more heat to this dish and also more Chinese cabbage. It was a bit too heavy on the bean sprouts. The chicken was a highlight. Surprisingly, it came as chopped pieces of chicken wings, deep fried and then tossed with dried chillis. As odd as chopped up chicken wings sound, it totally worked. Super crisp morsels of chicken, something like a popcorn chicken but with bone. We really enjoyed this dish. The waiters were really friendly and all smiles. We enjoyed our visit here. Very clean bathroom too! ”
